REGULASI PERLOMBAAN SENI

SMANTHREE FAIR 2016
1.      REGULASI MODERN DANCE

·         Lomba bertema : EXPLOSION
·         Dalam lomba ini peserta wajib mengkombinasikan unsur modern serta tradisnal, dalam bentuk apapun (misal nya : kostum, lagu, gerakan , atribut, dan sebagainya).
·         Peserta yang dapat mengikuti adalah peserta aktif .
·         Durasi tampilan : 5-7 menit.
·         Setiap team terdiri dari 3-7 orang.
·         Aliran music bebas.
·         Setiap team menghadiri TM  (thecnnical meeting).
·         Menyediakan foto per-team ukuran 4R.
·         Setiap team menyediakan cd/flashdisk.
·         Keputusan juri mutlak.
·         Panitia tidak meminjamkan properti apapun ke peserta kecuali kursi.
·         Pakaian harus sesuai dengan norma yang mencerminkan seorang pelajar.
·          
2.      REGULASI TRADITIONAL  DANCE

·         Peserta 5-7 orang/team.
·         Music 5-7 menit.
·         CD atau flashdisk disiapkan oleh peserta.
·         30 menit sebelum lomba peserta sudah ada di tempat lomba.
·         Apabila 3x di panggil (tidak hadir) maka di anggap di diskualifikasi.
·         Official 1-2 orang.
·         Menyiapkan foto 3x4 berwarna (2L).
·         Membayar uang pendaftran Rp. 150.000
·         Merupakan tari kreasi lampung
·         Peserta tidak dibatasi.

·         Lomba dari pukul 07.30 s.d selesai.

REGULASI PERLOMBAAN OLAHRAGA

SMANTHREE FAIR 2016
1.      REGULASI FUTSAL

·         Pendaftaran : tiap sekolah hanya boleh mengirim maksimal 2 tim.( KECUALI TUAN RUMAH )
·         Kuota tidak terbatas.
·         Kartu kuning 15.000
·         Kartu merah 20.000
·         Setiap tim berisi 12 pemain dengan satu official
·         Jika tim tersebut terlambat 5 menit maka akan di diskualifikasi
·         Keputusan panitia MUTLAK.
·         Jika tim tersebut melakukan keributan maka akan langsung di diskualifikasi dan tidak di undang dalam acara selanjutnya dan di denda 500.000

2.      REGULASI VOLI  
  1. Setiap tim terdiri dari 10 pemain  meliputi 6 pemain inti dan 4 pemain cadangan.
  2. Pergantian pemain inti dan cadangan pada saat pertandingan berlangsung tak dibatasi.
  3. Pertandingan tak akan ditunda apabila salah satu atau lebih dari satu anggota tim sedang bermain untuk cabang olahraga yang lain.
  4. Jumlah pemain minimum yang boleh bermain di lapangan adalah sebanyak 4 orang.
  5. Apabila di lapangan terdapat kurang dari 4 orang, maka tim yang bersangkutan akan dianggap kalah atau istilahnya menang berdiri.
  6. Setiap pertandingan berlangsung tiga babak (best of three), kecuali pada 2 babak sudah di pastikan pemenangnya maka babak ke tiga tidak perlu dilaksanakan.Sistem hitungan yang digunakan adalah 25 rally point. Bila angka kedua tim seri (24-24) maka pertandingan akan ditambah 2 poin. Tim yang pertama kali unggul dengan selisih 2 poin akan memenangkan pertandingan.

 3.      REGULASI BADMINTON

·         Peserta harus membayar cock setelah selesai.
·         Peserta harus membayar uang Rp. 15.000 ketika mendapat kartu kuning.
·         Peserta harus membayar Rp. 20.000 ketika mendapat kartu merah.
·         Peserta akan di keluarkan ketika mendapat kartu merah.
·         Keputusan panitia mutlak.

REGULASI "STORY TELLING"

I.                   COMPETITION SEQUENCES
-          Paricipantans are from Junior High School and Senior High School
-          Each school is allowed to delegate no limit

II.                GENERAL RULES
1.      The competition will be held in one round
2.      The participant will deliver Indonesian Folklore
3.      Each participant must prepare 3 copies of their story text
4.      The participants have 7 minutes for performance
5.      The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence pertaining to the judging process will be  reconsidered

III.             RULES DURING THE COMPETITION
1.      Each participant must come at least 30 minutes before the competition begins
2.      There will be one room for the participant. When the first participant is performing, the other participant have to wait outside
3.      The participants who have performed may be the audience or get out of the room.
4.      Every communication device must be silenced or turned off at the competition venue, unless permitted by the committee
5.      Recording devices are allowed within the competition venue
6.      Supporters must not disturb any of the participant’s performance (e.g taking photo is allowed without flash). The Commitee will expel supporters who violate any of these rules from the competition venue
7.      None of supperters of participants come in or out the competition venue while perfomences
8.      None of the participants is allowed to read any story text or keynote when delivering the story
9.      Participants may opt to use equipments (propeties or costumes), at their own expense, during the delivery of their performance
10.  Each participants will be called three times in a row based on his/her turn to perform (first chance)
11.  Participant who doesn’t show up at the first call, three times in a row (first chance) will be called on the last turn (second chance)
12.  Participants who don’t come on the second chance will be disqualified
13.  Equipments are as follows:
-          Participants are allowed to bring equipments to enchance their story telling performance, as long as they take responsibility for those equipments, the committee will not be responsible for any lost or damage of the equipments brought by the participants.
-          Participant’s equipments may not consist of harmful material or object.
14.  If participants still use the harmful material as the equipments while performing, he/she will be DISQUALIFIED at that time.

IV.             RULES WHILE PERFORMING
Ø  Participants must not endanger him/herself and/or anyone else’s health.
Ø  The timekeeper as a sign for a participant to start delivering their story will say “start”
Ø  A green flag will be raised up on the 3rd minute.
Ø  A yellow flag will be raised up on the 5th minute.
Ø  A red flag will be raised up as a warning for the participants that the 7th minute time is up.
Ø  The participants will be given 30 second to finishing up their stories after the 7th   minute. This is a there is no other tolerances right after 30 seconds.
Ø  The tolerance time will be a consideration for score lessening. This every second past the tolerance time will reduce the score.

    V.  SCORING ASPECTS
            a.  Matter (55%)
-Grammar                    10%
            -Vocabulary                10%
            -Story Interpretation   25%
            -Pronunciation             10%

            b. Performance (45%)
              -Interaction (stage act, eye contact, costume, equipments, expressions and body
               language )       30%
            -Intonation      15%


REGULASI "SPEECH CONTEST"

I.                   RULES
1.      All participants should wear dress formally
2.      All participants must attend the technical meetin
3.      During the performance of each contestant, the audience isn’t allowed to get out of the room or talk because it can disturb concentration and focus of the competition
4.      Please swicth of your gadget that may produce disturbing sound during the competition.
5.      The judge’s decision is final and can’t be altered by anyone else.

II.                SCRIPT RULES
1.      Speech script is the original script that made by the participant (excluded of plagiarism). If the participant use the plagiarism script and being known by the judges, the participant will be disqualified at that time.
2.      Speech script is written with English. Use “Times New Roman” font, size 12, space 1,5 and printed on the A4 paper.
3.      The participants must give 3 copies of speech script to the commitee.
4.      Theme for Junior High School is “SAVE OUR EARTH”
5.      Theme for Senior High Scool is “CORRUPTION or  INDONESIA NEEDS STRONG LEADERSHIP”

III.             SPEECH TIMING
1.      Participants may deliver their speeches for 7 minutes
2.      Timing will start when the participant is uttering the first word on the stage
3.      Time keeper will give signs (flags) on the certain minutes.
-          A green flag will be displayed at the first minute
-          A yellow flag will be displayed at the fifth minute
-          A red flag will be displayed at the seventh minute
