1.      All participants should wear dress formally

2.      All participants must attend the technical meetin

3.      During the performance of each contestant, the audience isn’t allowed to get out of the room or talk because it can disturb concentration and focus of the competition

4.      Please swicth of your gadget that may produce disturbing sound during the competition.

5.      The judge’s decision is final and can’t be altered by anyone else.

II.                SCRIPT RULES

1.      Speech script is the original script that made by the participant (excluded of plagiarism). If the participant use the plagiarism script and being known by the judges, the participant will be disqualified at that time.

2.      Speech script is written with English. Use “Times New Roman” font, size 12, space 1,5 and printed on the A4 paper.

3.      The participants must give 3 copies of speech script to the commitee.

4.      Theme for Junior High School is “SAVE OUR EARTH”

5.      Theme for Senior High Scool is “CORRUPTION or  INDONESIA NEEDS STRONG LEADERSHIP”

III.             SPEECH TIMING

1.      Participants may deliver their speeches for 7 minutes

2.      Timing will start when the participant is uttering the first word on the stage

3.      Time keeper will give signs (flags) on the certain minutes.

-          A green flag will be displayed at the first minute

-          A yellow flag will be displayed at the fifth minute
